    “Es gibt im Ort direkt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber keine 10 min mit dem Auto ist alles zu haben.
    Oder direkt in Umag auch nicht weit zu fahren. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Umag. Direkt oberhalb gibt es eine Pizzeria, die sehr leckere Pizzas macht. Sonst ist es sehr ruhig und der Ort besteht nur aus ein paar Häusern. Aber gerade das hat uns gefallen.”

    “Der nächste Strand ist in Kanegra - fussläufig zu erreichen ca. 700m. Aber durch bergab und bergauf haben wir öfter das Auto benutzt. Auf dem Küstenweg nach Umag befinden sich aber weitere Bademöglichkeiten mit unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auf dem direkten Weg nach Umag hat man neben einem deutschen Supermarkt auch noch den hiesigen Supermarkt und ebenfalls genug Straßenstände mit Obst und Gemüse. Valica ist ein sehr kleiner, aber ruhiger Ort. Neben einer kleinen Pizzeria gibt es im Nachbarort (zu Fuß keine 10 Min) ein uriges Restaurant mit nettem Biergarten und Personal. Das Essen ist, nebenbei erwähnt gut und auch in einem vernünftigen Preis-Leistungs-Gefüge. Sucht man nach einem ruhigen Ort mit Entspannungsfaktor und nur gelegentlichem Urlaubstrubel und Sommeraction und Ausflügen, dann ist man hier genau richtig.”
