Your private terrace is a lovely place to relax, but the very large communal garden with its small quiet corners is also great for relaxing.     “Vermieter:
    Wohnt im gleichen Haus, die FeWo ist eine Art Einliegerwohnung mit nur geringer Abtrennung.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, geben Tipps, interessieren sich für das Wohlbefinden und den Menschen.
    Lage:
    etwa 1 km ausserhalb des Ortes Cabannes, nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da die Adresse nicht im Navi ist und der Weg nicht auf einer digitalisierten Karte ist. Ein Anruf beim Vermieter hat dann die letzten 500 m geklärt.
    Ausstattung:
    Für eine FeWo sehr überdurchschnittlich. Hervorragendes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad ungewöhnlich ins Schlafzimmer integriert aber sehr pfiffig gemacht. Zahlreiches Info-Material, Zeitschriften, echte Kunstgegenstände (da waren wir echt baff!).
    Sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus unter einer alten, grossen schattigen Platane. Das Ambiente dort ist unschlagbar. Provence-Feeling pur!
    Besonderheiten:
    In 150m Entfernung verläuft die 6spurige A7, im Schlafzimmer hört man bei offenem Fenster das Rauschen, wird aber oft von dem Rauschen der hohen Espen hinter dem Haus übertönt wenn der MIstral weht. Ich hatte mir die Geräuschbelästigung im vorhinein schlimmer vorgestellt.
    Der Eigentümer ist Musiker und probt ab und an zuhause auch mit Freunden. Da die FeWo mit der Hauptwohnung über eine abgeschlossene Tür verbunden ist, hört man das als ob man daneben sitzen würde. Uns hat es nicht gestört da er sehr gut spielt und natürlich auch nicht nachts spielt.
    Die Zufahrt ca. 300 m ist nicht geteert und sehr staubig. Nach einer Woche ist das Auto von einer dicken Staubschicht überzogen. Würde ich ändern wenn mir das Grundstück gehören würde, da die schönen Oldtimer des Besitzers auch in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden.
    Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die staubige Anfahrt. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder hingehen.”
