Just 500m from the lake and the centre of Gargnano is this lovely independent holiday home with a large terrace overlooking the lake. It is located within a residence with many other independent holiday homes, is only accessible on foot via an internal road, the car park is 100m away. Your holiday accommodation is spread over two floors (ground floor and basement). Through a private garden gate and a staircase you can reach the lake, the beaches and the historic centre of Gargnano (150 m) in 5 minutes. The garden of the holiday home is closed with a small gate and partly shared with another house. On the ground floor: Bright living room with dining room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: Small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area with panoramic views of the typical vegetation and the lake. The location is ideal for visiting Gargnano (historic centre, lake promenade) or Toscolano Maderno (4.9 km) with its panoramic paths. The picturesque villages on the lake can also be reached by boat (500 m). There are several options for sports enthusiasts: Canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis (at 100 m ), trekking, mountain biking, horse riding. Nearby there are nature parks and water parks - fun for young and old. Art lovers can visit the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera and the new museum of Salò (MU.SA.).

    “TOP Lage direkt hinter einem Luxushotel mit Blick über den See und Monte Baldo. Übergabe und Service (Qualität der Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Lüftung der Räume) hat noch ziemlich Luft nach oben. Küche neu, Fußßboden gepflegt, schönes Ambiente und gute Betten”
