Holiday home Clay house with natural bathing pond

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Clay baking ovens can be used for baking and roasting, a ping-pong table can be set up outside, the tree house is available for children with a water slide (also for the adults), the trampoline is shared, the large "lookout chair" is also available for everyone. The beach area in front of the pool is our big digg spot for the little ones, it can be baked sand cake or roads with small tunnels are built. It is worth mentioning that with us and you are still 3 cats on the property. As an attraction, we offer our guests on request a ride in Fläming with our "sunflower mobile home". That was our traveling home during our break for 1 year.

Location
Trebbin, district Schönhagen. The holiday home is located on a 1600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is a rammed clay house, therefore, all the rooms are equipped with the wonderful natural building material loam, the matching Lehmedelputzen and his ingenious properties. The accommodation is very child-friendly and not suitable for fitters. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property. We also offer your e-bike the "right supply" and generally all cars 1 car port or parking space in the yard.

Special
Air conditioning / heating: oven in every room (wood / coal). The only but very large stove in the house has a heated couch / play and seating area and is heated for all rooms exclusively with wood. It is a very long-lasting heat source. Facilities: cot, high chair, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV channels only in local language. The property has no wireless or Internet access.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 1,20 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used all year around. Our outdoor pool is a natural swimming pond with fish and frogs, buzzing with dragonflies and at dusk bats are laid out with foil and reed edged as filters. He is 1.20 to 2.00 m deep and the entrance is possible via a ladder or who is brave chooses the shortest way. on the slide from the tree house! :-)
