Terraced house from the 16th century, just metres from the beach and the sea of Sardinia. 2km away is Torre dei Corsari-a vivid town with the strand Pistis which has the highest sand dunes in Europe. There is a living room with a wood stove, stone-stove in the kitchen and an encased sink. Downstairs you will find one of the double rooms and an open-shower bathroom. From the living room, a wood staircase leads to the 2nd double room with a half bath, another little bedroom and an open-shower bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms only. In front of the house there is a private space with table and chairs. The house borders on ISD844.
