Terraced house dated back to the 16th century, 16 m only from the beach and the beautiful sea of Sardinia. 2 km far is Torre dei Corsari- a vivid town with the strand Pistis where the highest sand dunes of Europe are. In a panoramic location, the house borders on ISD843. It has two wide windows from where you can see the sea and an equipped veranda, from where enjoying the breathtaking sunset light. On the ground floor: living room with a wide window, kitchenette and an open-shower bathroom. Via a wooden staircase you will reach the mezzanine with double bed and toilette. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. The toilet has no window.
