This detached holiday home is located only 2,3 km from the beach of Tarquinia - an interesting Etruscan area on the coast to the north of Lazio, on the border with Tuscany.
The beautiful house has an impressive living/ dining area offering plenty of space and renovated to a very nice spec. Equally, the property has been decorated with great taste and care that guests will certainly appreciate. On the ground floor adjacent to the living area is a modern kitchen plus a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor of the property there are a further four bedrooms and two bathrooms allowing up to 12 guests to reside on the property.
The property has a 4,000 m² fenced garden, where you can relax in total privacy. A large terrace (55 m²) equipped with living area will be very enjoyabe during the long summer months, both to relax and enjoy dinners outdoor. Next to the swimming pool (4 x 15m - depth: 1,1 - 1,6m) is a bathroom with shower and laundry (washing machine, clothes dryer), please note pool towels are provided.
The location of the house allows you to enjoy the beaches in as well as the towns of the Latium coast and interesting historical areas of Etruscan origin. From the house guests can use a private road leading to the nearest a public beach. Some other places of interest include: Adventure park 2 km, Tarquinia 10 km, Civitavecchia 24 km (ferry to Sardinia and Corsica), Lake Bolsena 48 km, the peninsula of Monte Argentario 50 km, Viterbo 53 km, the Lake Bracciano 67 km, Rome 96 Km (from Tarquinia there are good train connections to Rome).
