The villa. The beautiful villa is the result of the careful and expert restoration of an old manor house (Villa Giola) and the nearby farmhouse Casa del Fattore. The two buildings, furnished with great attention to detail and comfort, can house 20 people offering a welcoming and comfortable accommodation.

Vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages, the heart of Valdichiana. Villa Giola is set amongst vineyards and olive groves in a peaceful and panoramic position in the heart of the Valdichiana. Its proximity to old medieval villages steeped in history, with shops and services of all kinds, make it the ideal place for those who wish to visit the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

The relax: park and swimming pool. The two houses are surrounded by a large garden, shaded by tall trees, always perfectly kept and full of flowers at all times of year. Behind the Casa del Fattore, at kitchen level on the ground floor, there is a large paved area with a gazebo equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The beautiful swimming pool (7x14m, depth 1,20-2,50m), overlooking the surrounding valley, offers to the guests unforgettable views.



Casa del Fattore (150m²): GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, large sitting-dining room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: (at garden level) sitting room facing out onto portico, with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: accessible via both internal and external staircases, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Giola (200m²): GROUND FLOOR: large sitting room with fireplace divided by characteristic brick arches, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and large double bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, highchair, dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite TV, oven (2), iron, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Internet access, table tennis, barbecue.
