Romantic holiday cottage with stunning views, located 2 km from Portovenere, the pearl of the Gulf of Poets. The fully fenced property is surrounded by 6000 square meters of garden with olive trees, roses and hawthorns. The natural elements make this house unique: the sea, the endless view and the forest of oaks and pine trees allow guests to spend days completely immersed in nature. From every room you can admire the splendid sea view, the village of Grazie and the coasts of Tuscany. Nature and walking enthusiasts can venture out on the marked path, which runs at only 50 meters from the property and connects Portovenere to Levanto through all the villages of Cinque Terre. The house offers to its guests a large outdoor area, where you can enjoy all the meals of the day, organize magnificent barbecues or relax in the most shaded areas, near the main entrance and in the garden. The area is ideal for visiting Portovenere (2 km), a privileged base for boat trips to the Cinque Terre, and for exploring the island of Palmaria. The access road to the house is not paved (300 m) and not suitable for sports cars. The house is arranged on two floors.

    “Wir haben uns in dem ruhig gelegenen, gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr schön angelegt. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von La Spezia ist gigantisch. Es gibt zwei Terrassen mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln, eigentlich alles wie beschrieben. Der Empfang von einer gut Englisch sprechenden jungen Dame war sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko ist die etwas schwierige Zufahrt auf einer sehr engen kurvenreichen Straße. Insgesamt ist das Haus aber sehr empfehlenswert.”
