The holiday house classified as five-star by DTV enjoys a very quiet and exclusive location on the outskirts of Kalterherberg, part of the town Monschau, affording a wonderful panoramic view of the idyllic Eifel landscape.
Newly built in 2014 according to the latest standards in aerated concrete with lots of glass and wood, we put great emphasis on the wishes and expectations of guests with special requirements during the complete planning and execution.
The living space of approx. 125 m² is distributed on a single fully heated floor. In addition, the completely tiled house has a continuously installed underfloor heating with individually adjustable room thermostats. The entire house and the outdoor area are barrier-free. In the large glazed living and dining area there is a comfortable seating area and a large seating table for up to eight people. The technical equipment of the living area includes a satellite TV with flat screen, a DVD player and a music system as well as extensive information material. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink, fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots and pans, complete crockery and cutlery equipment, drying cloths, basic equipment for consumer goods such as spices, washing tablets , Household paper, etc. available.
