Villa right by the sea

Situated right by the sea, Villa Gemma offers a beautiful view and a unique location, right near the sea, only a two-minute walk away, and from Piazzetta Maya with a restaurant and two bars.

A little garden separates the two parts of the building. The front part comprises the living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and the terrace. The rear part houses the bedrooms: a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a second bedroom with two beds, a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a second bathroom. The little villa is suitable for two couples or a family with children and can accommodate a maximum of six people.

There is a beautiful terrace with a sea view.

You are welcomed at the resort by friendly staff who will recommend the best beaches, can help with booking trips and inform you about the most entertaining activities on your holiday.

    “Wir hatten Wetterglück und eine gute Woche mit viel Sonne erwischt. Die ersten Tage hatte das Meer auch schöne Wellen, danach wurde es flach. Sardinien ist wirklich toll im Herbst und wir werden sicher wieder kommen aber gehen dann wohl eher in eine andere Unterkunft. Positiv: Das Wohnzimmer war sehr schön und die Aussicht auf das Meer super. Die Küste ist felsig aber es hat einen mega schönen Sandstrand in der Nähe (Li Cossi). Man kann dort auch gut schnorcheln und das Wasser ist sogar im Oktober noch ziemlich warm. Negativ: Die Schlafzimmer sind getrennt vom Wohnzimmer, das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit Kindern. Zudem stinkte das Elternschlafzimmer und wir entschieden uns alle bei den Kindern in den beiden Zimmern zu schlafen, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit Kajütenbett. Auf der Kreditkartenrechnung wurden 501 Euros abgebucht anstatt 445 Euros wie im Vertrag. Sollte Pauschal 245 Euro für die Taxen sein und 200 Euro für die Endreinigung. Das finde ich nicht ganz ok und gibt daher noch einen Stern Abzug bei Preis / Leistung. Restaurant: Ristorante Pizzeria Maya - Sehr gutes Essen für Erwachsene, sowohl Seafood als auch Pizzas. Leider keine Kinderkarte, daher mit Kindern eher im oberen Preissegment. Guter Service und gute Weine. Ausflüge: Capo Testa - Zuerst etwas Klettern auf den Felsen vom Leuchtturm und dann hinunter steigen zum Meer zum Spiaggia di Cala Spinosa, dieser Strand ist einfach wunderbar.”

    “Sehr geräumiges Haus mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet.
    Zwei Schlafbereiche mit je eigenem Bad und eigenem Zugang.
    Die Zimmer waren v.a. zu Beginn etwas muffig, der Duschvorhang schimmlig.”
