Hundefreundliches Ferienhaus auf 4000m² großem Grundstück am Waldrand Das Dorf Parey liegt am Rande eines Vogelschutzgebietes. In dieses Vogelschutzgebiet eingebettet findet sich der Gülper See, an dem Vogelliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. Kein Verkehrslärm stört, da Parey ein Sackgassendorf ist. Hier finden Sie ein kleines Stückchen Frieden. Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen - die Natur genießen. Schon die Dorfstraße, die von alten Weidenbäumen gesäumt wird, lässt erahnen, welch paradiesische Ruhe von diesem Ort und seiner Umgebung ausgeht. Das gut eingezäunte Grundstück liegt direkt am Waldrand und 100m von der Havel entfernt.

Viel Spaß macht der Wassersport auf der Havel oder am 7 km entfernten Hohenauener See. Das 15 km entfernte Rathenow lädt zum Stadtbummel ein.     “Großes eingezäunten Grundstück mit Wald ringsherum. Die angegebene Entfernung zur Havel stimmt nicht ,waren ca 400 m. Alte Lebens Mittel standen noch im Schrank ( MHD 2022)Der nahegelegene Truppenübungsplatz bei Rathenow sorgte die ganze Woche Tag und Nacht für lautstarke Unterhaltung. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder .”

    “Schön gelegen, sehr ruhig. Könnte bei ordentlicher Pflege richtig schön sein. Positiv: Das große komplett eingezäunte Grundstück Negativ: Mangelnde Sauberkeit. Verdreckte kaputte Liegen, verschmutzte Auflagen.Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer vollgestopft mit Decken und fremder Wäsche.
    Küchenutensilien alt und teilweise unbrauchbar.
    Mischbatterie in der Küche defekt,Verbrühungsgefahr.
    Trotz 2wöchigen Aufenthalt und Benachrichtigung des Vermieters(mit Fotos) und des ansässigen Hausmeister hat sich nichts geändert und es ist nichts passiert. Restaurant: Seeschlösschen in Semlin - Etwas gehobene Preise, aber sehr feine Fischgerichte.
    Zanderfilet ein Gedicht. Ausflüge: Naturpark Westhavelland - Flugzeug IL62, Lady Agnes, zum Gedenken an Otto Lilienthal.”
