The Residence SILVER SAIL is a recent property located in Bibione Spiaggia area, little steps to the central shopping promenade, ca. 250 meters from the beach (10 minutes walk).



It disposes of two-rooms-apartments for 4/5 people, nicely furnished, each with a large terrace, reinforced door, kitchen with microwave, safe, LCD sat-TV, electric venetian blinds, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and bidet, internet WiFi. The Residence has a swimming pool with a children's area and a solarium with sun beds, private parking with 1 place for each unit and a lift.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
