Holiday Apartment in Bašanija with Safe Parking and Magnificent View

The air-conditioned apartment was renovated in 2019. of 78 square meters furnished with care and love in a modern style is located on the first floor of a house with 2 apartments. The ground-floor apartment is hosted periodically. The apartment offers a magnificent view from the balcony over meadows, groves, and sea views from the side. The splendid pebble beach, the bathing facilities of the Savudrija tourist village, the pine forest, the supermarket, restaurant, and bar can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The center of the Bašanija village is at 600 m. The location is excellent for those who do not like to travel by car during the holiday and love comfort.The apartment has two double bedrooms, the largest with a 180x200 bed, wardrobe, and balcony, the second with a 160x200 double bed, bed linen provided (weekly change), bathroom with shower, bidet, sink with cabinet, hairdryer, mirror, and washing machine. Two towels per person for the bathroom provided changed weekly. The sleeping area is separated from the living area with a door and a small anteroom. At the entrance is a wardrobe with a safe, vacuum cleaner, and air conditioner. The living area consists of a corridor, kitchen equipped with oven, 4 electric ceramic hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer area, spacious dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, two sofas including a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, suspended rocking chair, iron and ironing board, portable barbecue, balcony with garden furniture, parasol and sea view from the side.     “Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Positiv: Die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist toll man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Wasser. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Alles was man benötigt bekommt man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Negativ: Es gibt nichts was man beanstanden könnte”
