3 room apartment in a family home at a calm and sunny location. Furniture made from pine wood. Year of construction 2000. The apartment is continuously getting renewed and renovated. The open kitchen has been installed in 2018. It additionally contains a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine in the cellar next door which can be used for free at any time. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One of them contains a king size bed with separate mattresses. The other one has been completely renewed in 2020. There are two completely separated beds with a big wardrobe. The sofa as well as the TV in the living room are perfect for taking a rest. The bathroom with shower has been renewed in spring 24. There is WIFI available in the whole apartment. In addition, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a sunshade. There is a garage that belongs to the apartment which is where the car can be parked. The heating, which is based on solar power or wood, is 100% CO2 neutral. The net space is about 55m2.

    “Sehr grosszügige nette Vermieterin, wir durften jederzeit die Waschmaschien benutzen! Positiv: Haus an sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Restaurant: Restaurant MuottasMuragel - Restaurant auf einem der schönsten Aussichtspukte im Engadin, mit fantastischem Essen. Ausflüge: Schweizer Nationalpark - Wunderschöner Park in dem man sehr gut Einheimische Wildtiere beobachten kann.”
