60 m2. More information by the provider: 3.5 room apartment (60sqm) on the 1st floor, quiet location within a short distance from the village of Lauenen (2km distance to the village centre). Garden with lawn and garden furniture and a beautiful view over the mountain landscape. Access to the apartment by stairs only. Optimal starting point for short or long hikes as well as snowshoe hikes. The chalet is located at 1460m (village of Lauenen at 1250m) and is easily accessible by car. In winter snow chains or 4WD are recommended. 2 uncovered parking spaces as well as a store room for skis and sports are available. WiFi. Important note: The apartment is heated from the kitchen wood stove, by radiators (instructions by the owner). In winter, the apartment will be preheated by the owner before arrival.
