A heartfelt welcome to apartement Hahlkogelblick. A wonderful holiday house offering a high level of personal service in the "golden middle" of Ötztal. Spend memorable holidays embedded in Ötztal's picture-book mountain scenery, exploring the wide open basin of Längenfeld. In close vicinity to walking trails, climbing routes and the Aqua Dome Spa Center in Längenfeld. In winter you can easily reach the Sölden ski area (approx. 12 km).

Upper floor: 2 double rooms, each with en-suite shower cabin and washbasin; 1 large, newly renovated bathroom incl. bathtub/shower/WC and window (facing towards outside); 1 kitchen with refrigerator, independent 4-plate cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave (no oven) etc., dining area with large dining table, corner bench and high-back chairs, small flat-screen TV; safe; 1 homely living room (2nd floor) facing south with large living area (also sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) = no walk through room/separate door, LCD flat-screen TV and south-facing balcony offering picture-book views. 1 completely renovated double room with flat-screen TV and south-facing balcony (2nd floor), 1 new bathroom incl. shower/WC on the top floor. Separate doors that can be closed on each floor!
Most parts of the apartment were newly renovated in 2023: new windows and balcony doors, mostly new interior doors, hallway doors in the staircase, newly furnished bedrooms (2) - made to measure by the carpenter and a lot more.
The ground floor is used privately and the two upper floors are available at your sole disposal. The apartment can be reached via the staircase.

1 bedroom is available for 2 people, 2 bedrooms for 3-4 people and 3 bedrooms for 5 people or more. For occupancy of up to 4 people, only the large bathroom on the 1st floor is available. From an occupancy of 5+ people, both bathrooms with WC are at your disposal.

Deposit: EUR 300,00 in cash on arrival; refunded on departure in cash if there are no damages. In the event of damage or heavy soiling, the costs will be deducted from the deposit or, if this amount is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged.
