    “Din Lage des Zimmers ist zentral. Leider kommen noch Parkgebühren zur Buchung hinzu. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein,
    das Bad noch kleiner mit einem Wasserhahn der nur in einer Position nicht tropft. Die Küche ist ein Küchenblock in einem Schrank. Dies als Küchenzeil zu bezeichnen finde ich nicht in Ordnung . Ich hatte auf meiner Buchung als Außenanlage Balkon stehen,
    den gab es für die Seite der Zimmer nicht. Positiv: Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und verfügt über viele Wanderwege. Negativ: Das Zimmer roch derartig nach Rauch obwohl es angeblich ein Nichtraucherhaus ist. Der Rauch war trotz intensiver Lüftung nicht aus dem Zimmer zu bekommen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 14 km entfernt.”

    es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie verschiedene Dinge an unserer Ferienwohnung auszusetzen hatten. Wir sind jederzeit darum bemüht, unsere Gästen zufrieden zu stellen und ihnen einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.
    Da Sie über ein Buchungsportal unsere Ferienwohnung gebucht haben, waren Ihnen alle Informationen zur Wohnung bekannt, z.B. auch die Größe. Außerdem ist auf Fotos die Inneneinrichtung zu sehen. Bei einem Preis von damals 22,50 € pro Tag und der angegebenen Wohnungsgröße kann man sicherlich keine komplette Küche erwarten. Bisher waren alle Gäste sehr zufrieden mit der Küchenlösung.
    Im persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihnen haben wir Ihnen ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon angeboten, welches Sie leider aufgrund des höheren Preises abgelehnt haben.
    Den defekten Wasserhahn haben Sie nicht erwähnt, sonst hätten wir diesen sofort repariert.
    Dass es im Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hat, bestätigen wir. Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind Nichtraucherwohnungen. Allerdings gibt es trotzdem Gäste, die aus dem Fenster rauchen und der Rauch setzt sich in Gardinen und Möbeln ab. Wir haben uns bemüht, diesen Geruch so schnell wie möglich zu beseitigen.
    Es ist sehr schade und es tut uns leid, dass Sie bei uns nicht zufrieden waren.
