The air-conditioned apartment for 2 + 2 persons is located on the ground floor of a family house with a garden in the village of Ravna dolina in the Savudrija area just 6 km from the center of Umag. Just 400m from the beach. Ideal accommodation for those who love to spend their holidays in comfort and tranquility. Private parking near the house with two parking spaces, free Wi-Fi internet connection, dishwasher, covered terrace at the entrance with garden furniture and swing. The center of the village of Bašanija at 850 m, the well-known Savudrija lighthouse at 1000 m, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The accommodation has: double bedroom (13 sq m) bed linen provided (weekly change), living room (13 sq m) with sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, kitchen (4 sq m) with hob, oven, fridge with freezer area , dishwasher, bathroom with shower (4 sqm), hairdryer, bath towels 2 per person per week (not beach towels), air conditioning, terrace with garden furniture (25 sqm) surrounded by greenery, shared portable BBQ, garden shared. Possibility to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board on request. The apartment is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets) or for those who love long walks or bike rides, for golfers as golf club kempinski is only 3 km away. There is also a bicycle available. The grocery store is about 850 m away.

The beautiful sandy beach and restaurant at 300 m, the bar at 350. The village of Bašanija at 400 m. In Bašanija you will find shops, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, fast food. The nearest beaches of all kinds: rocky, pebbly or sandy easy to reach on foot. The Savudrija area is also an excellent area for biking, tasting excellent Istrian wines, enjoying unforgettable sunsets, or strolling along the coast with a good ice cream.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there.
