Beautiful newly built apartment on the first floor in the villa with swimming pool, offers each customer everything they need to spend a holiday in complete comfort and relaxation. The location is excellent, sunny and quiet. Furnished in a modern style with a lot of love and attention to detail. The jewel of this apartment is the spacious terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, umbrella and a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. The villa offers fenced parking, a 10 x 4 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, parasols, deck chairs, barbecue with table and benches under the shade of the mighty olive tree. Perfect for those who love order, rest, peace and privacy. In the villa there are still two apartments that are rented one for two and the other for max 4 people.


The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, one of the bedrooms has an exit to the terrace, bed linen provided (changed weekly), bathroom with shower, washing machine, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, wardrobe, ironing board, iron, drying rack, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). In the corridor there is a workstation for the use of the PC. The living area offers the equipped kitchen offers a stove with three gas burners and an electric one, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, the living area has a sofa bed for one person, shelves, air conditioner, free WIFI internet connection, From the living area the exit to the large terrace equipped with dining table and chairs, two deck chairs. From the terrace a magnificent and relaxing view of the surrounding countryside. In the fenced courtyard the swimming pool area equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, the garden, the barbecue with dining table and bellies, the parking, the vegetable garden, all for shared use with the customers of the house. The public sandy beach suitable for families with children only 800 m away, the restaurant 200 m, grocery shop 1 km. Enjoy your holidays in this particular and comfortable place with your family or friends. The Savudrija area was known by the ancient Romans as an ideal area for the treatment of lung diseases thanks to the numerous pine trees as well as clean air and sea. The apartment is located in a tiny village Volparija near the center of Bašanija where you will find the bakery, restaurants, bars, post office, small supermarket. In the area you can admire the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic known as the Savudrija lighthouse. Along the coast there are several bars and restaurants by the sea where you can spend your summer evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets enjoying delicious wines or Mediterranean meals.


In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there.
