Affacciato sul Golfo dell'Asinara, l'appartamento fa parte di un piccolo complesso residenziale e ha ingresso indipendente accessibile tramite tre gradini.

    “El apartamento a rasgos generales está bastante bien y la ubicación es buena pero hay detalles de mantenimiento que se podrían mejorar como el desagüe de la ducha que estaba embozado. Positiv: Estaría bien que tuviera protección solar en el comedor.Un cambio de toallas extra a mitad de semana no vendría mal y una cafetera de cápsulas también estaría bien.
    El lavabo podría disponer de alguna estantería.”
