The newly built and very modern Villa SALVIA is a luxurious accommodation on 3500 m² in a completely fenced building with a private pool, outdoor dining room and seating, deckchairs by the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a game room with a pool table and table football. Outdoor multi-functional playground with soccer and tennis courts, as well as basketball hoops. The facility is equipped with a sauna and a gym.The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free wireless internet access.Everything is well organized and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation with family or friends for a maximum of 8 + 0 people.

The outdoor area of 3500 m² has a private swimming pool of 3.5 x 12 m with a spacious sun terrace and 8 deck chairs by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. In addition to the villa, there are facilities for children, a trampoline for children, a slide. The villa also has an outdoor grill, in front of which there is a covered dining table with chairs for 8 people. (next to the living room and dining room on the ground floor).
