The holiday home is a townhouse and modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area and parasol.

The Sea Villas consist of numerous semi-detached, multi-family or terraced villas, some with a communal pool (shared with other apartments). The Sea Villas is a complex of villas arranged on a hilltop with breathtaking sea views. It is located in the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers from Stintino.
Due to the location, a car is recommended.
The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the carport.

air conditioner. TV reception takes place via electric wire. TV channels only in local language.
Pool
Outdoor pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.40 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of October.: Those who book villas with swimming pools are asked to sign a declaration together with the collection of the keys, emphasizing that the use of these environments is under their own responsibility, since they are private pools for which the Die The presence of lifeguards is not required.
