Villa Blue Valica is a terraced house, only 2 km from the pebble beach in Kanegra, one of the most beautiful bays on the west coast of Istria.
There are numerous gastronomic, sports and recreational facilities nearby. The famous tourist destination Umag is 5 km away. The house has its own fenced garden, where there is a swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a whirlpool (not heated). There is a seating area on the terrace and the house has 2 parking spaces.
Villa Blue Valica for 4-5 guests consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub on the upper floor. The rooms on the upper floor are cooled by air conditioning in the hall on the upper floor. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
