Only approx. 100 m away from the small Pälitzsee, within a small, private vacation home settlement, there is a comfortable vacation home for up to 6 people on an approx. 300 sqm large, fenced natural property. There is a beautiful bathing area and boat moorings (10 EUR/day) on the lake, so you can also arrive with your own boat. Small shops, bakery and restaurant can be found in neighboring Kleinzerlang, approx. 1 km away.The 2019 modernized, high-quality and comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation home extends over two floors and has on the first floor a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, fireplace, flat screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player), an open kitchen (complete with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, toilet) with sauna, free and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 x waterbed, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 ?rollaway bed?) and a further bathroom with bath and WC. The house is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows, a terrace with seating furniture and barbecue, parking, a lockable bicycle storage room, crib, high chair, sauna towels (please wash after use!), a canoe and firewood (for a fee) are also available.

Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, bed linen/towels (if applicable), fee for canoe and firewood (amount freely selectable via ?money box?), boat mooring (if applicable).

This house is fenced and has a lockable bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed.
Großzerlang with its settlement Kolonie; - part of the town of Rheinsberg; is idyllically situated in the wooded and lake-rich landscape of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park. It lies on a peninsula surrounded by the small and large Pälitzsee lakes and is an ideal starting point for water hikers thanks to its connection to the main waterways. The marked hiking, riding and cycling trails in the surrounding area also invite you to explore nature. Small shops, a bakery, kiosk and restaurants as well as a marina with indoor swimming pool and motorboat rental are located in the neighboring village of Kleinzerlang. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 15 km), the tourist center of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities in addition to the old town and the beautiful rococo castle.
