Only approx. 100 m from the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake with its bathing beach, jetty, boat rental and kiosk, there are three nicely furnished vacation apartments in the house and in an annex on the owners' residential property. Renovated between 2013 and 2016, the apartments of different sizes offer space for up to 10 people in total.the two apartments in the house are located on the second floor directly next to each other and can be reached via a shared (but separate from the owner's) hallway, while a separate staircase leads to the apartment in the annex. In the lovingly landscaped inner courtyard (smoking is permitted here) of the approx. 800 m² fenced property, there are plenty of seating and barbecue facilities, a covered terrace and a rustic party room available to all guests. Parking spaces, a storage room for bicycles and free W-LAN are available for all apartments. A path leads from the back of the property directly to the lake.
Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or they are available for a fee. Electricity costs are exclusive, billing according to consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption, laundry package (if desired).
The approx. 30 m² apartment for up to 3 people in the annexe has a living/bedroom with double bed (+ extra bed on separate couch), dining table, satellite TV, mini-kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge) which can be visually separated by roller blinds, and bathroom with spacious shower and WC.

The state-approved resort of Kleinzerlang is located on the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land nature park. Due to its location on a peninsula and the connections from the Pälitzsee to the most important waterways, Kleinzerlang is the ideal starting point for all water hikers. There is a jetty, a bathing beach, boat and bike hire and a small kiosk right on the lake. The Kleine Pälitzsee is also a popular fishing spot - pike can be caught all year round. The beautiful, wooded surroundings with marked hiking, riding and cycling trails invite you to explore nature, and there is a marina with an indoor swimming pool and motorboat hire about one kilometer from the village center with its small church, bakery and restaurant. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 12 km), the tourist center of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities in addition to the old town and the beautiful rococo castle.
