Only approx. 50 m from the Hüttenkanal and approx. 800 m from the Kleiner Pälitzsee with its beautiful bathing beach, the owner's cozy vacation home for up to 4 people is located on the owner's approx. 2,000 m large, completely fenced residential property. The canal for fishing is directly accessible from the property and you can use your own pedal boats. A bakery and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
The approx. 60 m² house with separate entrance is spread over two floors. On the lower floor there is a large living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, access to the terrace, open staircase to the upper floor), the kitchen with dining area, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc., a hallway and the bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor is the bedroom with a double bed, a guest bed and a balcony with a view of the canal. The centrally heated non-smoking house (smoking permitted outside) also has a large, furnished terrace and a high chair and travel cot on request.
Guests also have access to seating (small pavilion) and sun loungers on the large grounds, barbecue, bicycle storage and parking. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package (if desired).
The state-approved resort of Kleinzerlang is located on the "Kleiner Pälitzsee", in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park. Due to its location on a peninsula and the connection from the Pälitzsee to the most important waterways, Kleinzerlang is the ideal starting point for all water hikers. There is a bathing beach, boat and bicycle hire and a small kiosk right by the lake.
The beautiful, wooded surroundings with marked hiking, riding and cycling trails invite you to go on extended discovery tours in nature. There is a marina with an indoor swimming pool and motorboat hire about one kilometer from the town center with its small church, bakery and restaurant. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 12 km), the tourist center of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping opportunities in addition to the beautiful old town and the beautiful rococo castle.
