“Grundsätzlich: Der Hausteil ist äußerst spartanisch eingerichtet, und die Einrichtung macht insgesamt - man kann es nicht anders sagen - einen eher vernachlässigten Eindruck. Bsp.: Einzelne Kästen lassen sich nicht einmal schließen. Gut ist indes die Lage in Meernähe, es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zu den Felsen - das Hauptargument für einen stolzen Mietpreis, der uns trotzdem nicht gerechtfertigt scheint. Empfang und Betreuung waren in Ordnung - mehr nicht. Unser Eindruck: Hier verdient jemand mit wenig Engagement und Sinn für notwendigen Unterhalt einer Liegenschaft gutes Geld. Mit anderen Worten: Wirklich empfehlenswert ist das nicht, und die Bewertung mit 3 Häuschen (siehe oben) eigentlich zu gut.
NB: Im Sommer waren wir auf Mallorca, Objekt Nr. 970097 - eine ganz andere Qualitätskategorie. Mit anderen Worten: Sie tun gut daran, Ihre Qualitätsstandards zu überprüfen und anzugleichen! Eine Unterkunft wie in Alcudia ist etwas ganz Anderes als das Hüttchen in Castiglioncello - tut mir leid! “Das Haus liegt sehr schön, fast direkt am Meer. Die Eigentümer sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber, schön eingerichtet, bis auf die Klappstühle in der Küche. Besonders am Abend ist es wunderschön auf der, für alle nutzbaren, Veranda zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen. Wir haben uns hier seht wohlgefühlt.”

“We loved this place, stayed mid august with 2 kids and mother in law and it suited us perfectly. Everything we wanted was within 10 minutes walking distance, most were closer, so it was a relaxing and easy place to stay. It's extremely quiet and secluded in the house, right on the edge of the rocky peninsular.
We had trouble getting the car down the street to the property as someone had parked in the way and it was a very tight squeeze. The owners sorted it but we decided not to take the car out again all week and the house is so well situated that it was fine not using a car at all. You could go to the house via train and walk from the station if you didn't want to drive, it was all very close.

Things you'll need if staying here on top of the usual and towels: Oven gloves, bath mat, cupboard necessities such as salt, herbs etc. a torch for walking back through the garden at night and sturdy waterproof sandals for climbing over the rock pools.

We wish we'd taken some beach stuff such as a parasol and more snorkelling gear as the shops are very expensive for things other than groceries, for example a pair of waterproof hiking sandals were 69 euros, which we could have got in England for 20 pounds!”
