Quaint cottage in a small borgo in the mountains above Cortona (18 km). Simple, rustic furnishings; eat-in kitchen with open fireplace. Romantic terrace in front of the house; pool with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn shared with the guests of ITA262. The property also includes a soccer field, barbecue, various playground equipment and table soccer; communal washing machine on request. A few meters from the apartments the owners run a restaurant/pizzeria with special prices. They can bring the dishes directly to the apartments for the guests. Cooking course on request. In the agriturismo there are pet boxes, veterinarian and grooming service for dogs. The position is somewhat isolated, quiet and very rural. Ideal to ?switch off? - Crib on request.
