This holiday house in the Haapalanlahti area in Sotkamo was completed in 2008. Located near by the lake Iso-Sapsojärvi (200 m): beach / swimming place and campfire plac and boat are shared with two other cottages.
Floor area 188 m², incl. upstairs 65 m². On the ground floor there is combined living room & kitchen, two bedrooms both with beds for two, sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Upstairs there is four bedrooms each with separate beds for two (alterable as twin beds), loft vestibule, two toilets.
Bookings max for 10 persons, -15 % discount of prices (Not for summertime!)- please contact to Lomarengas customer service! Holiday house can be rented for families or groups for peaceful holiday.
Kajaani 37 km, Sotkamo 4 km. Vuokatti ski slope 5 km, cross country track 100 m. Lake 200 m. Cleaning not included. No pets allowed. Internet-connection (wireless). Terrace furnitures and gas grill use on summer time.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
