    “Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, ordentlich und alles da inkl. Toaster, Bügeleisen, Föhn und neue Waschmaschine. Das Schlafsofa war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Große Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Nachbarn in der Vorsaison nicht vorhanden bzw. weit weg, somit schön ruhig. Allein der Garten war bei dieser Wohnung nicht sehr gepflegt, da sah bei den teureren Wohnungen mit Pool besser aus. Generell war der Zustand der gesamten großen FeWo-Anlage sehr unterschiedlich. An manchen Häusern blätterte die Farbe ab, an anderen wurde gearbeitet, manche waren perfekt. Auch unser Gebäude sah von außen etwas mitgenommen aus, aber innen dann absolut in Ordnung - evtl. Normalzustand im Juni in der Vorsaison.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung.
    Verwunderlich: die Dame an der Rezeption sprach nur Italienisch, wenig gebrochen Englisch und kein Deutsch.”
