This cosy holiday house with pool dating back to the 1930s is set in the countryside between Tarquinia (famous for its Etruscan necropolis) and the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is immersed in a park of marine pines and has a veranda equipped for dining after cooking on the nearby masonry barbecue, and for relaxing outdoors. The barbecue area is equipped with night lighting so it allows you to prepare pleasant open-air dinners. In the portion of the garden on the side of the house is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage corner and outdoor shower (hot/cold water). The property is completely fenced and offers a relaxing holiday for those who wish to enjoy the cool of the countryside after a sunny day at the sea of Tarquinia (5 minutes by car) or to discover many Etruscan archaeological sites or spend a day of shopping in the charming Rome. Parking in the property; included in the offer - for those staying more than a week- is cleaning service and linen change. Distances: Tarquinia 2 km, Tuscania 26 km, Lake Bolsena 41 km, Viterbo and the Roman Tuscia 50 km, Rome 87 km.
