Holiday apartment in a quiet location, with a terrace and use of the garden

Haus Claudia is on a side street in Imming, with an extensive view of the Zillertal mountains.

The two-room apartment is on the ground floor of the building on a slope, and provides around 45m² of living space. It is accessed from the terrace and you enter into the kitchen-diner, which provides a ceramic hob (four rings), an oven, small appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It also has a dining corner with a bench and a single bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa. The bedroom provides a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC. Bed linen and hand towels are provided, as well as satellite TV and a radio. Some of the floors are tiled.

The terrace has garden furniture, two sun loungers and a parasol. You can share use of the fenced garden with the owner. There is a parking space right in front of the accommodation. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. Use of the grill area is possible at a small fee. A bread rolls delivery service is also available.

The apartment has a wireless internet access.

It is about 2km to Schlitterer Lake along a field track or by bicycle. The cycle path along the Ziller River and the whole valley is just a few minutes away. There is a restaurant about 100 metres from the accommodation. In the centre of Bruck (2km away) you can find two further restaurants and a little shop.

    “Das Wetter hat auch gepasst. Man kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter der FeWo. Sie haben gute Tipps und Hinweise gegeben. Restaurant: Schlitterer See - Direkt am Schlitterer See in Schlitters. Sehr gutes und preiswertes Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ausflüge: Achensee und Umgebung, Alpbachtal und gesamtes Zillertal, Zillertaler Höhenstraße - viele Bergbahnen, sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten auch auf den Bergen,
    Erlebnis Murmeltiere, sehr großzügig angelegte Kinderspielplätze”

    “Tolle saubere, warme Wohnung. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Möbel schon etwas älter. Die Sicht ist nicht mehr ganz so gut, da ein Haus davor gebaut wurde aber man hat trotzdem noch eine super Sicht auf das Tal und die Berge. WLAN vorhanden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt einen Wohnraum (Küche) mit einem Bett und einem kleinen Ausziehsofa und super HD TV. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Ehebett und ein weiteres Bett. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bieten auch einen Brötchenservice an. Wir waren über Neujahr mit 4 Personen da und kommen gerne wieder. Nur fünf Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und einen Drogeriemarkt.”
