Holiday house with a garden, pool and a unique 360° panoramic view

The beautiful house with a panoramic view is in the north of Tsucany, in Montefegatesi, a district of Bagni di Lucca, and offers suitable surroundings for relaxing in the rural tranquillity of the Tuscan Apennines.

The accommodation is suitable for six to seven people. There are three spacious bedrooms, of which two double rooms and one room with two single beds. A supplementary bed can be added on request. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath. There is also a guest WC. The large kitchen provides plenty of space, with a kitchen unit and a table and chairs. The generous living room has armchairs, a sofa, a TV with a DVD player, and a fireplace. Although a TV and wireless Internet access are available, you might prefer to enjoy the peacefulness of this charming village instead.

The pretty, well-kept garden has a grill and a pool, as well as a lovely view of the mountains, inviting you to relax there. Owing to the furnished gazebo, you can enjoy meals outdoors, along with the magical atmosphere of the location.

The house is near the piazza, where there are a good bar/pizzeria and a small, well-stocked shop. Here you can also find a stone fountain with fresh spring water from the mountains. The location of the house is very convenient. It is at the entrance to the village, so it is easy to get to by car, but it is just a two-minute walk to the main square of the village. What is most impressive is the 360° panoramic view.

    “Gemiddeld. Verouderd interieur. Bankstel en stoelen zijn doorgezakt. Geen verwarming. Er is een open haard,
    maar we moesten zelf voor hout zorgen.TV werkt niet,
    want is beeldbuis TV en niet aangesloten.Er is wel WiFi met internet gratis. Dus neem laptop mee. Grote houten bed is gammel. Het is wel heel schoon. Prachtige tuin met fijne ligstoelen. Zwembad is heel schoon,
    maar ijskoud. 14 graden zwemwater in september. Accommodatie ligt zeer geïsoleerd op815 m hoogte. Moeilijk bereikbaar over smalle steile weg. Klim duurt 30 minuten. Supermarkt heeft weinig verse groente en fruit. Geen vlees of vis. Er is een restaurant,
    maar alleen op vrijdagavond en zaterdagavond open in september. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en als je van niksen houdt in de tuin en kunt leven op brood,
    blikvoer en ham en kaas is het een prachtige plek. Was voor ons beetje desillusie”

    “The interiors you call obsolete are rustic furnishings.
    You are the only guests who have complained so much in all these years I've been owner.
    The guests that stayed in September and in August before you didn't complain and they left the
    furnishing exactly how they found them.
    I don't understand what it means that the TV is not connected. As for the TV type, could see on the photos which TV was available when you booked. You could clearly see the location of the property on the website and on google maps, so you were aware of this too.
    Regarding the heating, I explained to you that there is a regional law that prohibits its use until
    November, it may happen that at the end of September the weather is not good.
    In any case I immediately told you that you could use the fireplace, also each room is equipped with blankets and duvets.
    As for food, we always recommend that guests go shopping at the supermarket before arriving home.
    Thanks for the compliments about the garden and the swimming pool!”

    “Positiv: Traumhafte Lage inmitten eines romantischen Bergdorfes, fantastischer Rundblick vom Haus auf die umliegenden Berge, sehr gepflegter, sichtgeschützter Garten und Pool.
    Sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Negativ: Eigentlich nichts. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zwar etwas älter, aber das trug für uns eher zum Charme dieses Hauses bei.”

    “Typisch südländisches Haus und auch so eingerichtet. Alles nötige vorhanden wo zum leben und kochen benötigt wird.

    Sehr schönes Areal und Erholung pur. Mit dem Hund sehr empfehlenswert, der Besitzer hat alles zugemacht, sodass der Hund sich ohne grosse Aufsicht frei bewegen kann. Des Weiteren darf der Hund in den Pool welcher am Abend inklusive Garten sehr schön beleuchtet ist.

    Der Besitzer spricht perfekt englisch und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ich persönlich werde bestimmt wieder einmal dieses Objekt mieten und du wirst garantiert nicht enttäuscht sein, den die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.”

    “Wir haben mit unserer Familie 2 schöne erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Anreise war abenteuerlich, weil unser Navi uns über Monti di Villa geschickt hat, mit breiteren Autos eine echte Herausforderung. Der nette Vermieter hat uns eine Alternative genannt, die weiter aber deutlich entspannter ist. Positiv: Der Aussenbereich ist sehr ansprechend und in einem gepflegten Zustand Negativ: Der Zustand der Küche ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig (sowohl Möbel, als auch Zubehör) und sehr ungemütlich, wenn man aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht draußen essen kann.
    In der Beschreibung stand, dass der Ort über eine Bar/Restaurant verfügt. Dazu ist anzumerken, dass man nur von Freitags bis sonntags dort essen kann. Bis in den nächst größeren Ort benötigt man 30 Minuten.
    Eine Dusche im Außenbereich fehlt. Restaurant: Daniel du citti - Leckere italienische Küche mit gutem Wein.
    Besitzer spricht gut deutsch Ausflüge: Rockando - Rafting Canyon
    Toole Führer”

    “Heerlijk huis met alle faciliteiten. Mooie grote tuin, zwembad is prima. Eigenaar goed bereikbaar, spreekt goed Engels. Als je van rust houdt is het een ideale plek.”
