The elegant holiday apartments are in a detached villa on a beach promenade in the centre of Portoscuso, a little coastal town in the south-east of Sardinia.
The villa has three independent holiday apartments, particularly suitable for couples and families with small children. A cot, a highchair and other items for babies and toddlers can be provided on request. There is no Internet connection.
All the apartments look out at a fenced garden with a table and chairs for each apartment and a shared grill. Cars can be parked free of charge on a public car park outside of the site.

Near the accommodation you can find a newspaper kiosk, a pharmacy, a bakery, a café with a cake shop and a supermarket. The lovely local beaches are within a short walk. Owing to their particularly convenient location, the apartments are a good starting point for interesting car trips to explore the most beautiful beaches of the south of the island and the historically interesting sights in the inland area.

The 60m² apartment is well-maintained and provides all the necessary comfort. It was built in 2013 and is on the ground floor. It consists of a spacious living room-kitchen, a modern bathroom, and an inviting bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a gas stove. There is also a dining table with chairs. The living room provides a comfortable sofa bed for a child and an LED TV. The apartment has air conditioning (cool/warm).
